Cahoots uses USPS for delivery of our packages. Please include the correct street address.
Gift cards will be sent free of charge and gift wrapped.
You will be given the opportunity to review the shipping charge each time you add an item to your cart.
Under normal circumstances orders recieved Monday through Friday before 2pm ship out same on the same day. Otherwise, most orders ship out Monday through Friday within 24-48 hours. However, if your order is delayed due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, you will recieve an email from a member of our staff.
IN STORE PICKUP
You may choose In Store Pickup, This Option is always FREE of Charge.
We do not ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping to P.O. boxes is available through the U.S. Postal Service.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive notice via email.
FOR BASIC RETURNS:
You Can return or exchange merchandise at our brick and mortor store within 14 days to recieve full refund, or place items in a sturdy package with copy of packing slip. Note: the original shipping charge incurred on your purchase AND the charge for returning unwanted items are no-refundable. You have within 14 days of delivery to send back unwanted merchandise to recieve a refund. Once recieved refund will be issued. No Refunds on orders older than 30 days old. FOR DAMAGED AND OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
The customer is responsible for inspecting and counting merchandise at time of delivery. Claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of delivery. A picture of damaged merchandise must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with packing slip information, and a staff member will contact you with further instructions.
